What Gear To Buy

Knowing what raingear to buy and what to avoid is essential. Anything that says “water resistant” isn’t enough for our weather here. Since the rain isn’t heavy but is continuous, you’ll need water proof in order to stay dry and warm. There are plenty of “Survivalist” experts who couldn’t survive here in the PNW without succumbing to hypothermia due to the inability to get dry. It may not be a severe cold or a severe rain, but it is constant. ALWAYS opt for waterproof over resistant.
