Hi, I’m Mercae (pronounced Mer-say), a neurodivergent mom to one wild ADHD boy and a portrait photographer. As a mother and devoted Jane Austen reader, I’m deeply passionate about creating artwork that feels rooted in your story and inspired by Austen's elegant, vintage aesthetic and historic architecture.
I grew up in a family that made photographs a priority. Every time you climbed the stairs you passed generations of my family's babies wearing the same christening gown. Those images were a daily reminder of love, belonging, and tradition.
Today, I help the mothers I serve create that same feeling, filling their homes with artwork that celebrates the family they've built and the moments they never want to forget.

After you submit your inquiry, you'll be sent a welcome guide and booking link to schedule a call. During our 15 minute call, I get to know you and your story. We'll discuss wardrobe, location, and how you imagine your photos. Things will end with high-end, tangible artwork, like framed prints, heirloom albums, and canvas wall art to fill your home and life. While digital photos are available, I know that prioritizing digital delivery is really failing mothers.
I can't bring myself to let a family's memories live only as files on a screen. The real value I give parents is the framed portrait that catches your eye on an ordinary Tuesday and suddenly transports you back to the weight of your baby in your arms. The photo album that will one day be pawed through by boisterous grandchildren.
