Enjoy this curated list of Seattle Christmas Events from my family to yours.
Updated 7/27/2025.
Finding the right holiday activities as an ADHD, autistic family can be a wild ride. So many events are loud, crowded, overstimulating, or just not made with our kind of magic in mind. I’ve spent years trial-and-erroring my way through Seattle’s Christmas scene — leaving early, masking hard, or skipping things entirely because it just didn’t work for us.
But I’ve also discovered some truly joyful, gentle gems — spaces where we’ve felt safe, welcomed, and able to be exactly who we are.
So I made a list — from one sensory-aware, slow-paced, cozy-core mama to another.
These are places that allow for softness. That don’t expect your child to stand still in line for 45 minutes. That offer smaller crowds, quiet corners, flexible timing, and a little extra grace.
Because the holidays should feel like belonging — not burnout.
🎄 I hope this helps your family have a season that feels calm, connected, and just right for you.
